If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please reach out to us using the contact form here, emailing us directly at support@littlehippo.com, or giving us a call at 650-395-7884. We generally reply to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. We are a small business so email inquiries will be returned sooner than phone inquiries!

One Year Warranty

LittleHippo products come with a one year limited warranty. Our warranty applies only to purchases made from authorized retailers (see our list of authorized retailers) and do not apply to second-hand purchases such as from eBay or Facebook Marketplace. We would be happy to send a replacement in case of a defect. If there are any problems with your product, please reach out to us with your order number, gift receipt or proof of purchase so our team can help you resolve the issue.

I purchased my item at www.littlehippo.com. How do I return or exchange it?

You may exchange or return products purchased on www.littlehippo.com for a  refund (less applicable shipping & handling fees) within 60 days of the purchase date. If the product is unopened, you may exchange it up at any time up to one year of the date of purchase. All returns must be approved by LittleHippo.

I purchased my item somewhere else. How do I return or exchange it?

If you purchased your LittleHippo product from an authorized third party retailer, please follow their return/exchange policies first. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether a third party seller is an authorized retailer. If you are having trouble resolving your refund/exchange issue, please reach out to our support team at support@littlehippo.com.

What information do I need to have in order to start the refund/exchange process?

You will need the full name of the purchaser and a proof of purchase (such as an order number or confirmation, gift receipt or packing slip).

When will my refund be issued?

We will send you a notification email stating that you received a refund. The refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
